A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce Graduate. Has 14+ years of work experience in Multinational orgnizations at mid and senior level of management. His Industry experience ranges in many industries including Financial Services, Telecom, Healthcare, Hospitality, Software, Real Estate etc. Also associated with TRPW Strategic Partners as an Associate Partner.

He has done extensive work in the areas of US GAAP reporting, Financial Management and Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Regulatory reporting, forensic audit, Economic commercial Borrowings etc.

He has been giving services to many Start up to establish their business, advising them to setting up accounting and compliance process, foreign exchange regulations, business valuations etc.

He is well versed with entry strategies in India and he has been successfully strategizing entry of foreign companies into India. He is capable of providing valuable insights to companies on how they can grow, diversify, and prosper to maximize their shareholder's wealth.

Nisha is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Having corporate experience of more than 11 years working in large organizations like HDFC Bank and GE. Nisha has done extensive work in the areas of Accounting, Taxation and various nature of audit such as Internal & Management Audits, Control monitoring & continuous audit, Internal Control Implementation, Physical Verification & Fixed Assets Audit Nisha used to conduct various trainings in corporate and ICAI on various subjects like IndAS, Accounting Processes, Soft skill trainings etc.
